HOW TO BOOK
A deposit of £70 per person is payable at the time of booking. You will be given a reference number upon booking - this can be used to log back into your booking to add any options (when they become available) and you can also pay the balance off by as much as you want when you want! But remember the final balance must be paid 5 weeks before the event (13th August).
Bookings are taken per room. Standard Studios are based on 3 to 4 people sharing, Superior Rooms are based on 2 people sharing. Minimum booking is for two people (in a standard room a spare bed supplement of £89 will be charged if there are only two people).
The official Beachbombing dates are Wednesday 17th - Sunday 21st however you are able to book accommodation at the Hotel for one or two nights before and after the event. To book extra nights just select the appropriate dates at the time of booking (if you wish to add nights after you have booked this is possible if you call us).
Bookings are subject to a 2.5% booking charge - unfortunately this is a charge passed on to us by online banking so it is unavoidable.
